How to Add an Email Signature in Thunderbird
Install your SigCraft AI HTML signature in Mozilla Thunderbird. Simple HTML file method for pixel-perfect signatures.

Generate Your Signature
Create your signature in SigCraft AI and click 'Download HTML' to save the .html file to your computer.

Open Account Settings
In Thunderbird: Edit → Account Settings (or right-click your account → Settings).

Enable HTML Signature
Check 'Attach the signature from a file instead' (or 'Use HTML') and click 'Choose...' to select your downloaded HTML file.

Save Settings
Click OK to save. The signature will be loaded from the HTML file for every new email.

Test and Verify
Compose a new email to verify formatting. If images don't show, ensure they use absolute URLs (SigCraft AI handles this automatically).
