How to Add an Email Signature in Gmail
Step-by-step guide to installing your SigCraft AI signature in Gmail. Works with personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts.
Generate Your Signature
Use SigCraft AI to create your signature. Click 'Copy HTML' to copy the formatted signature to your clipboard.
Open Gmail Settings
In Gmail, click the gear icon (top right) then 'See all settings'. Navigate to the 'General' tab and scroll down to the 'Signature' section.
Create New Signature
Click '+ Create new' and give your signature a name (e.g., 'Work Signature'). In the editor, paste your copied signature (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).
Set as Default
Below the editor, set your new signature as the default for new emails and replies. Click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page.
Test It
Compose a new email to yourself to verify the signature renders correctly with all formatting, links, and images.
